While making a tech based innovative proposal, I used AI to understand the potential flaws/pit falls in my proposal.
We often fail to identify potential pitfalls in our proposal because of our own biases. AI has access to a much broader knowledge base and can recognize patterns, risks, and failure modes easily.
With online help, I used the following prompt that reduced 10 hours of analyzing my proposal from various view points.
Prompt:
Role: Act as a strict, risk-management consultant. Do not be polite or sugar coat your feed back.
Task: Perform a pre-mortem analysis. Imagine it is six months from now, and this project has completely and publicly failed.
Context: My proposal is attached as the ppt.
Instructions: List the 5 most likely, high-impact reasons why this project failed. Identify the specific blind spots, bad assumptions, or operational mistakes that caused each failure. Provide concrete, actionable mitigation strategies we can execute right now to prevent them.
